As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our exceptional behavioral health team. From sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless pre-onboarding experience, you’ll help us shape the future of the ABA industry. This is an opportunity to make a difference while honing your recruitment and customer service skills!
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Recruitment Support: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for top behavioral health talent.
- Pre-Onboarding Assistance: Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all initial requirements are met.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to strategize and execute recruitment initiatives.
💡 What You Bring:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of EEOC laws, recruitment best practices, and HR procedures.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Recruitment or HR experience, ideally in behavioral health or healthcare settings (preferred).
