Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and financial planners by handling inquiries and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain financial records, reports, and forms with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Task Coordination: Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Learning and Development: Stay proactive in learning industry tools, software, and procedures to support the team’s success.
  • Operational Assistance: Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency and enhance client service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
