Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office while providing exceptional support to our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Medicaid regulations.
- Assist with scheduling, including coordinating caregiver assignments and appointments.
- Prepare and process documentation, reports, and invoices.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and vendors to address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Support leadership with special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs or experience in healthcare administration is a plus.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible schedule may be available).
