The DoN/ DPCS is responsible for oversight of all home health patient care services and their clinical management, and all home health personnel consistent with the mission, vision and goals of the Agency. The Director's primary functions are to plan, organize, coordinate and control clinical home health patient care services while maintaining quality. Additional responsibilities include promoting and maintaining harmonious relationships with client/families, other departments, and other community organizations.

Who you are:
- Proven experience as director of nursing or clinical manager in home health or hospice environment
- Current, active RN License in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in nursing or other health-related field with three years of experience within the last five years in a hospice or home care agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
