Job Summary/Description:
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand open reqs and maintain strong internal relationships
• Manage effective full cycle recruitment strategy
• Source for qualified candidates using a variety of methods and tools, maintain candidate pipeline and updates ATS throughout hiring process
• Schedule and conduct phone and video interviews
• Facilitate onboarding process including extending offers and maintaining contact with candidates from start to finish
• Make hiring recommendations and provide recruitment metrics and reporting as necessary
