Position Overview :
The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to support the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. They will serve as a single point of contact for customer account interaction and discrepancy resolution.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual French Customer Service Representative :
- Log customer interactions in CRM system.
- Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
- Allocate inventory in a timely manner.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on product specifications.
- Act as a product and industry expert in order to best serve clientele.
