Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or to conduct surveys
- Enter customer data and update records in the company database
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customer situations
