What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field
- At least 5 years of PMO Project Management experience within a construction environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly preferred
- Proficiency in Project Management Software such as Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, ProCore, Oracle Primavera, or similar

What Your Role Will Look Like:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO Director in driving the execution of Project Richmond, including supervising cost/schedule control, reporting on performance and progress metrics to drive decision-making, ensuring effective document controls and interface management, and implementing standardized processes and timelines.
- Support supervision of cost controls for the project, including maintaining a current budget, forecast, and updated risk register and enforcing change order/claims processes
- Help ensure processes related to document management and RFIs, submittals, and other types of technical communications facilitate stakeholder cooperation and project needs
- Risk identification/mitigation – maintain the overall risk register and mitigation plan for the project
- Stakeholder management – support PMO Director in managing interfaces between project stakeholders, including internal teams and contracted entities, and communicate requirements to all parties
- Help ensure effectiveness of structured follow-through and that meetings drive decision-making and progress and that open action items are resolved
- Address priority topics and ask probing questions to surface critical conversations with stakeholders and ensure those conversations lead to action
- PMO performance management: support PMO Director in managing performance of F G according to contract requirements and project needs
- Project performance management and reporting: proactively leverage qualitative updates and program metrics to identify risks and opportunities which should be actioned, ensure maintenance of a KPI dashboard, & support PMO director in developing monthly reports for use in strategic decision-making
