Human Resource Generalist
What you’ll do:
- Strong sense of urgency demonstrated through excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities.
- Flexible to support 24-hour operation with regular and reliable presence across shifts.
- Approachable and demonstrated strong trusting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to resolve conflicts objectively.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team with the ability to work independently.
- Proven analytical skills as well as ability to develop sound recommendations and solutions.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is required:
- Intermediate HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
- BS/BA in HR or Business-related field required.
- Experience coaching and interacting with various positions throughout the organization.
- Experience developing and implementing action plans to build strong team oriented and positive employee relations environment.
- Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.
- Knowledge / experience with Lean manufacturing concepts preferred.
