We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of service technicians. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee automotive diagnostics and repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Implement upselling strategies for additional services such as oil changes, alignments, and diesel engine repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating for repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure availability for service needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair and service management is essential.

- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
