Community Manager
Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with 30 properties with more than 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. This includes properties in Eudora, Tonganoxie and Lawrence, Kansas (totaling 246 units).

Community Manager
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team. The position will be based in Eudora, Kansas managing our two properties in Lawrence from this office and assisting, when needed, with the management of one property in Eudora and one in Tonganoxie.
The key responsibilities include maintaining occupancy goals, managing budget expectations, maintaining the property, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.
**Salary based on experience in the range of $45,000 to $52,000**
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-family experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of property manager experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Expert Yardi user a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
