Axiom Staffing is hiring for an Operations Lead Supervisor for a facility in Alpharetta, GA!
Shift : 6am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday
Location : Alpharetta, GA
Pay : $23-25 / hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist to oversee and guide operations teams in both office and warehouse settings.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping / receiving processes.
- Assist to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.
- Maintain an open dialogue with Operations Manager to foster favorable working relationship within different departments. Promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to cultivate and advance employee morale, productivity and effectiveness.

4. Technical capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe. Prior switch board experience and working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS. Ability to operate standard automated office devices such as computer, printer and fax machine, and warehouse equipment such as hand truck and forklift.
5. Conscientious, has good work ethics and is teamwork oriented. Leads by example and has the ability to make sound decisions whenever necessary.
6. Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisor or management role.
