Location: This is an in-office position located near I-10 and Chandler Blvd. in Chandler.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Check patients in and out, ensuring all paperwork is complete
- Schedule new and existing patient appointments
- Handle referrals from PCPs and insurance providers
- Maintain and update patient records in our EMR system
- Collect copays and outstanding balances
- Assist with coordinating the clinical schedule
- Organize office and clinical supplies
- Support the team during downtime with various administrative tasks
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while handling patient information
- Present a polished, professional appearance in clinical attire
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years front office / receptionist experience; medical office experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptability to changing schedules and office needs
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
