Azura Credit Union has an opening for a Home Loan Processor!

Our Home Loan Processor supports the loan application process by reviewing, assembling, ordering and verifying all necessary documents in order to complete a mortgage loan. The Processor will consistently communicate with required parties to ensure all documentation is received and verified to ensure superior member service.

Duties:

· Assembles required documentation necessary to complete processing and ensures in-house loans are of superior quality.

· Interviews loan applicants to document income, debt and credit history.

· Assists members with their questions and communicating product knowledge.

· Communicates promptly and effectively to all parties involved in order to complete the loan.

· Submits loan applications and supporting documentation to facilitate underwriting approval and closing.

Qualifications:

· Three to five years of similar or related experience.

· Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge attained through related experience.

· Strong communication skills.

· High attention to detail

· Follow through ability.

· Self-motivated.

· Phone etiquette

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, high volume and work with strict timelines.

· PC/Technology proficiency.
