Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple search platforms and retailers.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to ensure optimal targeting.
- Ad Copy and Creative Assets: Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets that align with campaign goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for ROI and KPIs.
- A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing of ads to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize the efficiency of ad spend.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest strategies and technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to paid media campaigns.
- 5 years’ experience in SEM and PPC managing million-dollar budgets.
- 5 years’ experience with managing search on multiple retailers; Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- A track record in driving success in multiple KPI’s for your CPG brands, including ROAS, Total Sales Growth, CAC, etc.
- Experience running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Passion for eCommerce and ongoing learning with a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how media buying fits into the larger picture of digital.
- Excellent organization, tactical, analytical/data management, Excel, and communication skills.
Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
