We need a leader who inspires and drives accountability within our net new inbound sales organization. Someone who will plan effectively with Finance, Marketing, and Operations and elevate the standard of performance in the sales organization.
The Sales Manager at BambooHR will own the performance of our largest net new revenue organization and they will ensure that it is high-functioning and consistently achieving sales goals. This person will report to and have the confidence of our executive team while leading an amazing group of sellers with significant momentum.

You will:
- Lead a sales team of closing Account Executives in the small to medium size market
- Help your team meet revenue goals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Analyze various data points to determine opportunities for your team members’ development
- Take an active part in supporting team members with larger deals. Be a second voice to help get deals across the finish line
- Collaborate with leadership team to forecast, train, and motivate the team members
- Mentor your team by helping team members with calls, performing live demos, setting goals and holding them accountable, assisting in overcoming client concerns, and roadblocks
- Be accountable for your team’s behaviors and results
- Identify critical behaviors that lead to success and coach to model and replicate those behaviors in your reps
- Build out our stellar sales team through your involvement in the hiring process
What We’ll Love About You
- 2 years managing sales Account Executives in the SaaS (software as a service) industry
- 1 years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry
- You have SMB (target market in small to medium size businesses) experience
- You have the ability to paint a vision and get buy-in from your team of reps
- You have demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, and mentorship/coaching skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You act with the team’s best interest in mind. Great attitude, self-motivated, and not selfish
- You have a proficiency and knowledge of various solution-selling methodologies and best practices
- You have strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills
