Banner Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator. This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in processing automotive warranty claims and exceptional customer service skills.

Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the manufacturer.
- Book and close tickets
- Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
- Remain up to date on all factory recalls
- Reconcile all warranty receivables and warranty schedules
- Maintain all service and customer records
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Experience with CDK preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well with others
- Positive attitude
