What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Floater position at Barberitos?
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling
