Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Copper and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Lead project management efforts related to new business initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically about market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Copper or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
