GENERAL SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Court Specialist II and Trial Court Administrator, a Court Services Specialist I performs a variety of complex clerical tasks including, but not limited to data entry of case files, updating case files, scheduling of court events, communicating with law enforcement agencies, local and state prosecutors and other courts regarding case information. This position is responsible greeting court patrons, receiving and processing payments, and other duties as they are assigned.
EMPLOYMENT QUALIFCATIONS:
Education: High school graduation or equivalency.
Experience: At least one year of general office experience, prefer legal secretarial experience in a court, law firm, or closely related setting.
Base Pay $19.33/hr. with 4 year merit increases
