Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of E-Commerce to lead our digital commerce initiatives and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will oversee the e-commerce team, manage P&L for the e-commerce division, and execute strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Set sales and profitability targets for e-commerce platforms and oversee performance.
Team Development and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team, including Senior Manager of E-Commerce, E-Commerce and Social Media Specialists.
- Assess team performance and restructure roles as necessary to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
Marketplace and Platform Management:
- Oversee operations across major domestic and international marketplaces, including Amazon (FBA and Vendor Central), eBay, Walmart, and Home Depot.
- Develop promotional and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
P&L Ownership:
- Manage the e-commerce P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews and present P&L insights to executive leadership.
- Optimize marketing spend and promotional investments in collaboration with third-party agencies.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics and market insights to drive business decisions and platform enhancements.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend enhancements to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration:
- Work with marketing, supply chain, product teams, and PIC’s brick & mortar sales team to align e-commerce efforts with broader business initiatives.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 8 years of e-commerce experience, with a focus on multi-platform marketplace management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability in e-commerce leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of team leadership experience, including performance management and team development.
- Strong expertise in Amazon platforms (FBA and Vendor Central), PPC campaign management, and supply chain optimization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with automated distribution and warehouse systems is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $150,000 - $200,000
