Job Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will ensure the timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, maintain financial records, and support the overall financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and verify the accuracy of accounts payable transactions, including coding and data entry.
- Reconcile accounts payable with internal records to ensure discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues or disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all accounts payable activities.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of accounts payable reports.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and communicate with vendors regarding outstanding balances.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation for financial reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve efficiency in accounts payable procedures.
- Reconcile Credit Card Statements
- Record Sales & Use Tax
- Maintain vehicle licensing and registration
- Maintain and organize all equipment registration and insurance
- Any other duties as needed that are related to Accounts Payable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications or internet service provider industry is a plus.

Pay: $23.14 - $24.31 per hour
