Medical Records Clerk, Springville NY

Full Time. Days. 8 : 00AM- 4 : 30PM. Monday - Friday.

Compensation : $15.60 - $16.40 per hour based on related experience.

As a member of our Medical Records team, you'll :

• Ensure accuracy and completion of patient records and physician files including retrieving records, collecting and assembling discharge documentation and records as needed.
• Utilize computer system(s) to update patient information
• File patient records
• Organize and distribute data and information as needed
• Answer phones and handle all inquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Assist in screening all visitors, patients, employees and vendors upon entry to the facility
