One of our clients is looking to hire an HRIS Manager. This role needs someone who has led Workday teams, configured core HCM, built secure workflows, and driven reporting strategies. Someone who thrives in fast-moving and collaborative environments.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead a Workday team (3 reports) across HCM, security, reporting, and processes
- Own implementation, optimization, and compliance
- Deliver agile updates, test system upgrades, and ensure end-user adoption
- Report on usage, adoption, and data accuracy KPIs
Must Haves:
- 5 years Workday experience - including team leadership.
- Experience with developing and leading people
- Strong knowledge of core HCM, security, reporting, and business processes
- Cross-functional leadership experience
