Responsibilities:
- Manage general HR Outlook inbox, answer general questions, and filter/forward emails to appropriate member(s) of the HR team.
- Manage general call-off line and filter/forward voicemails to the appropriate leadership teams.
- Review, track, and submit expense reports and other reimbursement forms to Finance department for payment processing.
- Review, track, and submit Service Recognition Program payment requests to HR Systems for processing.
- Complete administrative tasks to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and agency temps.
- Order bereavement flowers, gift cards for company-sponsored programs, and other items as needed.
- Research and collect data for various HR initiatives.
- Assist members of HR team with needed administrative tasks.
- High energy level, friendly personality, and positive outlook a must.
- Prior experience working in an office or customer service-based experience is required.
- Prior HR experience or education preferred.
