Your Role:
As the Southeastern New Mexico Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our mission and ensuring the success of our programs in Roswell and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include leading a dedicated team, fostering key relationships with local stakeholders, and helping us achieve our program and fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Program Specialists to achieve our agency's goals
- Develop and maintain a strong staff training and development program
- Identify growth opportunities, both for our programs and team
- Coordinate and support community engagement through fundraising, events, and campaigns
- Manage service delivery and ensure the fulfillment of all program and grant requirements
- Drive volunteer and youth recruitment efforts, building lasting partnerships in the community
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute fundraising strategies
- Represent BBBS-CNM at key community events and activities
- Other responsibilities as needed to further the agency's mission
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a compassionate leader who’s eager to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have:
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in social services, sociology, psychology, or related fields)
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and community involvement
- Experience in case management and the ability to support both volunteers and youth through challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt to new challenges, handle multiple priorities, and focus on the details
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with local community resources and experience providing referrals to clients
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
- Knowledge and passion for working in cross-cultural environments
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to manage a caseload and work directly with clients and volunteers
- Ability to travel across the service area using a personal vehicle (primarily around Roswell)
- Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events to support our mission
