Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a F&I Manager for our Bison Ford location. Since 1937 Bison Ford is perhaps the most established Ford franchise east of the Rocky Mountains.

In the position of F&I Manager reporting to the General Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the Finance Department strategies and will be required to be an active force in driving sales through exceptional customer service and selling skills. Ford experience is helpful but not required.
You will be accountable for:
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Motivates, councils and monitors the performance of all sale’s employees.
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with regulations that affect vehicle sales.
- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always.
- Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives while providing them with the support to meet these goals.
- Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
- Develops, implements, and monitors a follow-up system for vehicle purchasers.
- Maintains vehicle inventory. Monitors customers likes and dislikes, lost sales, dealership sales history and conducts local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock.
- Conducts daily and weekly sales training meetings.
- Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines
- Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products, and other options.
- Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
- Ensuring a great understanding of programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer, lending partners, and other vendor partners.
- Promoting a positive working relationship with our sales team, partners, and banking relationships.
- Ensuring all products are understood and presented to every customer every time.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understanding the required documentation of each deal and safeguarding the store in the event of an audit.
- Assisting with insurance and registration for vehicle purchases and leases.
- Supporting the sales team through ongoing training, mentoring, and teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful, you must have:
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
· At least 1 years of experience as an Automotive Finance or Sales Manager.
· Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
· Ability to lead a sales team
