Location: Albany, NY (2-3 days remote every week)

Job Description:
1. | 60 months of experience working with end users to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues. |
2. | 36 months of experience working in a second-tier help desk environment. |
3. | 36 months of experience in developing test plans and performing system level testing. |
4. | 36 months of experience in conducting technical and end-user training in a classroom environment. |
5. | 36 months of experience in developing technical documentation and training materials. |
6. | 6 Months of experience in ghosting/imaging hardware. |
7. | 60 college credits from an accredited institution |
8. | 12 months of experience in configuring and troubleshooting mobile connectivity systems such as cellular modems and cellular hotspots. |
