Must Have
Aconex--Extensive knowledge of Oracle’s Aconex Document Management System (Modules / Tasks, Documents, Mail, Packages, Tenders, Workflows, Directory and Set-up) and support the Document Control processes associated within a project, ensuring the data integrity of the Aconex system.
Works with contractors and supplier counterpart(s) to train, guide and ensure document managements’ objectives are met.
Carries out project close-out activities and ensures handover to business partners,
Trains others, both the internal project team members and external contractors or suppliers.
Travel 15%
HS Diploma or GED
Four (4) years’ experience performing document control/management in the oil and gas industry, preferably with an owner/operator or an EPC (Engineering / Procurement / Construction) organization.
Quality or Lean Management certification (e.g., ISO-9001, Six Sigma, PMP). Aconex Accreditation – Professional Level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook as a Experience working in regulated environment regarding PHMSA, FERC, DOT, BESE, PSM, etc.
