Are you an HR professional who thrives on organization, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture? We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Ideally, the successful candidate will reside in the vicinity of Greensburg, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs
- Facilitate onboarding & offboarding processes
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support payroll processing and maintain HR systems
- Assist with recruitment, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations
- Proficiency in HR software & Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
