Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to support our expanding Customer and Dealer Services department! The Customer Sales and Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer support. They will serve as the primary point of contact for both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales efforts. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, the CSC will handle a variety of tasks, including resolving customer issues, supporting the Customer Services Manager in developing sales opportunities and supporting order processing efforts.
Duties:
1. Customer Support:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inform management of recurring issues/customer pain points.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers regarding any changes or delays.
2. Sales Order Management:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to address any order-related issues, such as product availability, shipping delays, or billing discrepancies.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and update customers proactively on any changes or delays.
3. Sales and Outbound Activities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound sales efforts, contacting dormant accounts, and identifying potential growth opportunities.
- Identify sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to generate new business leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand market reach.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to support business objectives.
5. Relationship Building:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to align sales and customer service efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and retention.
- Act as a liaison between the customer service and sales departments, facilitating communication and sharing relevant information to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects to support sales initiatives and contribute to overall business success.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite, and NetSuite ERP is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and driving results.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
