Job Description:
As the receptionist, you would play a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere of our shop. Responsibilities include; managing phone calls, appointments, conducting inventory and welcoming clients.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and contribute significantly to the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently handle booking and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations and minimal wait times for clients.
- Beverage Service: Facilitate the serving of beers and mixed drinks to clients, enhancing their overall experience and contributing to the unique atmosphere of the shop.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a personable manner, understanding their preferences and creating a personalized experience that goes beyond a traditional grooming service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with barbers and other staff to coordinate appointments, relay client preferences, keep ahead on general cleanliness, and contribute to the overall team dynamic.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about grooming services and beverages offered.
