Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Connect with local businesses to build relationships and drive new account acquisition. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing sector. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, and contractors to generate sales and expand market presence.
- Client Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and track progress. Maintain constant communication with Account Managers.
- Presentation: Must be well groomed and professional. Prepare and present detailed marketing materials and clearly articulate the benefits and value of our roofing solutions to prospective clients. Represent Bloom Roofing at trade shows, association meetings, and networking events.
- Market Analysis: Strategically map your territory to identify and engage with ideal customers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our sales strategy and offerings. Research and analyze market trends to craft tailored solutions for prospects.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Entry level business to business sales. Must be a motivated self-starter with a competitive and driven personality.
- Sales Skills: Understanding of consultative sales. Willingness to learn.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of addressing client needs and finding effective solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Microsoft suite.
- Transportation: Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Extra Credit: Experience in cold calling and a solid foundation in sales fundamentals is a plus!
