Role: Genesys Solutions Consultant
Location buffalo, NY
- They're a technical contact for the team which is responsible for all BAU activity, moves, ads and changes.
- Configurations on Genesys Cloud CX solution, that means user management, holiday schedule changes, incident management.
- Call flow builds.
- Fairly experienced with voice call flow related builds as we add new channels like the Genesys Messenger solution will be responsible for implementing maintaining those channels. To as well SMS 1 and 2 way
- SMS configuration experience.
- E-mail routing bots. Genesys bots.
- Preferential skills and a hands on experience developing and configuring those flows for to enable those channels from start to finish.
- See them through the activation.
- Experience agile & Kanban team.
- JIRA hands on experience using JIRA,
- ServiceNow,
- Visio hands on experience with reviewing Visio's and converting them into flows and Genesys working close.
- On the Genesys Cloud CX platform predominantly using the architect tool
