Senior People & Engagement Technology Role
The People & Engagement Technology team plays a vital role in the organization, providing technical leadership for HR technology products.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
This senior position involves collaborating with business leads to define processes, improve systems, and ensure effective performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and leading HRIS implementation projects with a focus on payroll and time management solutions.
- Maintaining ERP applications like HCM Cloud, UKG, and Kronos to support HR administration.
- Identifying company needs related to automated procedures and operations, and developing custom workflows to meet these requirements.
- Analyzing data and generating reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring complete and accurate data downloads from various systems.
- Resolving system, process, and data issues by developing enhancements or recommending modifications.
In this role, you will work closely with the business to develop system requirements, detail specifications, and write test scripts to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with UKG, Kronos, and BI reporting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HCM Data Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas is a plus.
- Proficiency with the organization's HRIS systems is essential.
- Experience with M&A planning and integration is an added advantage.
