What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on generating new business.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with small-to-mid-sized businesses across various industries.
- Present and pitch IT support solutions, managed services, and consulting offerings.
- Follow up with potential clients through email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Work alongside the owner and existing sales rep to understand current processes and progressively take on more leadership responsibilities.
- Contribute to refining sales strategies, messaging, and marketing collateral.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning IT solutions with their business objectives.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or consultative sales.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-driven, “hunter” mentality—you’re proactive in outreach and enjoy closing deals.
- Comfort with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Interest in growing into a leadership position and helping to establish a scalable sales framework.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a dynamic, tight-knit team.
- Prior experience in MSP or technology sales
