We are a well-established IT consulting and managed services provider in the Chicagoland area is seeking a IT Sales Executive to drive business growth and play a key role in expanding the sales department. As the company continues to expand, they’re looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in outbound B2B sales, excels in a hunter-style role, and understands the MSP industry. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of the sales process, develop long-term client relationships, and eventually step into a leadership role.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on generating new business.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with small-to-mid-sized businesses across various industries.
  • Present and pitch IT support solutions, managed services, and consulting offerings.
  • Follow up with potential clients through email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Work alongside the owner and existing sales rep to understand current processes and progressively take on more leadership responsibilities.
  • Contribute to refining sales strategies, messaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning IT solutions with their business objectives.


What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or consultative sales.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-driven, “hunter” mentality—you’re proactive in outreach and enjoy closing deals.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Interest in growing into a leadership position and helping to establish a scalable sales framework.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a dynamic, tight-knit team.
  • Prior experience in MSP or technology sales
