Job Description:
Our team is looking for someone passionate about building businesses and telling brand stories through creative marketing. We hope to gain a skilled marketing coordinator to develop, design and execute marketing programs and initiatives across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and revenue.
To be successful in this role, you should bring a unique creative perspective to the team and be able to translate that into content development and activation plans. You will focus on developing our brand vision and nurturing a marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others)
- Develop and execute B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms and other mediums including influencer marketing campaigns
- Explore and evaluate overall PR opportunities including press and podcast interviews, news features, and other activities
- Create & design marketing materials including social media content, flyers, vertical specific catalogs, case studies, blogs, etc.
- Interface with web developers on web design, new page creation, etc.
- Evaluate email marketing strategies and execute email marketing campaigns
- Perform competitive research and provide recommendations
- Summarize and review campaign effectiveness & make recommendations
- Make design recommendations regarding brand identity
Requirements:
- BA or BS (Bachelors) in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field, working towards Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills across all mediums – phone, email and in-person
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented self-starter
- Collaborative, inclusive and engaged team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Competency in creative tools: Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, etc.
- An understanding of social and digital marketing tools – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Google, Planoly, Buffer, etc.
- Strong IT competency and computer skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Software Competency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Calendly, ZoomInfo, Salesforce
- Ability to create 3D renderings
- Knowledge of gift, swag or promotional products companies
- Knowledge of social selling methods
