Join Our Team as an Infant, Toddler and/or Preschool Teacher

What You’ll Do?
- Care- Provide loving, attentive care to littles , aged 0-5.
- Play- Engage in fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
- Teach- Help children ages 0-5 reach milestones with creativity.
- Communicate: Keep parents updated with daily reports and adorable photos.
- Clean- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom environment.- Have FUN!
- Check EVERY Kid in, print report of attendees for lunch, emergency situations.
- Answer phones, greet parents, take messages, answer questions.
- Ensure all staff have walkie talkies, communicate regularly, keep charged, keep track of them by numbers and checkout system.
- All membership entered – all boxes filled in
- Added to class lists
- Updated membership – with updated phones & contacts
- Enter daily attendance of each into classes – have rolls to help you maintain data. File by Club or program.
- Enter National program attendance, report attendance to Directors, request updated class lists as needed.
- Daily schedule posted for parents before day starts; next day posted and printed with copies before you leave.
- Daily schedule printed and available and known by front desk
- Assist with transportation releases, field trip lists, communication of schedule to parents, posting of schedule changes for parents, filing incident reports, etc.
- Run reports and be in charge of list of attendees with ANY emergency situation.
- Maintain list of kids off site. Communicate with parents transportation.
- New member paperwork available, copies ready.
- Volunteer sign in sheet updated & available
- Cleaning supplies available, cleaned and organized for staff use – restock & order new when necessary
- Snack gathered and ready with supplies to serve (gloves, napkins, cleaning sanitation) Clean up and put away after snack.
- Clean desk, front area, entrance and keep paperwork organized. Make notes of needs or conversations with parents or notes by directors or staff in notebook for other desk and directors.
What We’re Looking For?
- Experience- At least 1 year of experience working with children ages 0-5-
Education- High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus!
- Skills- communication, endless patience, and a playful spirit.
- Certifications- Background Check, CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
