BP Environmental Services, is a rapidly growing company and is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in our corporate office located in Chalfont, PA. An Accounts Payable Clerk is a high energy individual who is hard working, reliable, ambitious, and detail oriented. Has strengths that include multi-tasking, problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • To process all of the invoices the company receives for payment
  • Enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
  • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
  • Manage accounts payable and timely process all of the payments
  • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
  • Protect company against unintentional overpayment
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Special projects as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Accounting degree beneficial
  • A/P background preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information
  • Leadership abilities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
