Responsibilities
- To process all of the invoices the company receives for payment
- Enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
- Manage accounts payable and timely process all of the payments
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
- Protect company against unintentional overpayment
- Reconciling accounts
- Special projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Accounting degree beneficial
- A/P background preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information
- Leadership abilities
- Problem solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
