Role Summary:
IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to end-users, managing hardware and
software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role is integral to ensuring the
smooth operation of our technology environment and maintaining a high level of
customer service.
Core Description:
Support
a. Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware,
software, and applications problems
b. Contributes to the installation, maintenance, and configuration of workstations,
office machines, and other technology devices
c. Maintaining accurate inventory and asset configuration documentation.
Provide escalated Support End Users
Requirements:
a. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and User Management
b. Experience with technical support & procurement for
c. End-User Laptops\Desktops
d. Printer Management & Procurement
e. Mobile Devices & Tablets
f. Experience supporting/administering Microsoft 365 Office solutions
g. Experience supporting/administering Microsoft Intune for device management
h. Experience in facilitating and managing requests to 3rd party IT vendors and services partners
i. General laptop\desktop OS knowledge
j. General network communication and wireless networking knowledge
