**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) Program Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years o Project Management and possess a deep understanding of performance improvement and healthcare/hospital workflows.
**Duties:**
Knowledge of hospital operations, program and project management, continuous quality improvement, and communications requirements. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills essential to leading matrixed teams comprised of medical professionals, technology professionals, management personnel, and administrative employees.
Knowledge of major issues, program goals and operations of a hospital to plan, schedule, and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of hospital operations through the use of real time location technologies.
Knowledge of Project Management applications such as Microsoft Project and the ability to utilize and understand hospital databases such as biomedical engineering, logistics, and electronic health record. Mastery of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness of the improvement of complex management processes and systems. Skill to plan, organize, and direct team work/special projects and to negotiate with management to accept and implement recommendations involving substantive changes to existing business processes, procedures, and precedents. Comprehensive knowledge of the full range of principles, concepts and methods associated with the life-cycle management of projects, from planning to operation of those projects in order to execute assigned projects and resolve problems or issues that impact the project. Skill in written and oral communication, especially in giving both formal and informal presentations to project team members, congressional representatives, local, state, and other governmental representatives, and the public.
The incumbent advises on technical/administrative problems encounter, to negotiate or settle issues with customers and staff affected by or affecting the projects, and to coordinate all activities necessary to bring the project to completion. Recommendations may affect major programs, require substantial investment, or realize significant cost avoidance; recommendations often have potential to significantly change longstanding practices.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
