Bucked Up is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help provide a wide range of administrative support to the Warehouse Manager. This role is forward-facing and will interact with various people in the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Order office supplies
- Maintain accurate document files, receipts and other records
- Provide general support to visitors and customer service team
- Assist with preparing, packaging & shipping VIP packages for customers
- Manage package drop-off / pick-up at UPS, USPS and FedEx as needed
- Assist with other errands and duties as needed
Other qualifications include:
- Proven administrative and/or executive assistant experience
- Ability to learn Order & Inventory software systems
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Self Starter
Additional Information:
- Pay is $15 - $18 an hour, DOE
- Onsite in American Fork, UT
- 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday (more hours available if desired, up to 40-hours per week)
