What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Burke Blue, PA?
Our law practice is looking for an Office Assistant. Ideal candidate must be organized, have proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Zoom, etc) and excellent communication skills (in person and electronically). Must show initiative and ability to work independently with out significant direction. This person must be willing to provide assistance to the attorney(s) out in the community at various events and/or meetings, usually during regular business hours.
Responsibilities include: phones, scheduling and other duties assigned.
