The Office Personnel is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes phone calls received, plus handles any other customer services needs in person. Individual must be focused, multi-tasker and maintain a positive team approach to work.
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by answering telephone calls about general information inquires about the business
- Perform customer service duties
- Must be good at math and have computer skills
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Focused, problem solver, great listener, multi-tasker
- Maintain a positive, team approach to work
- Time management skills
- Keep office area clean and presentable.
- Excellent attendance required

- English (Required)
- Spanish (Is a plus)
Hours:
- The current position is for immediate, part-time employment.
- The hours for this position vary; days/nights, Friday - Sunday.
Pay:
- $12 per hour and up depending on experience
