Fresh Services, an internal Buyers Edge Platform brand resource, is the operational arm of the Fresh Division as a whole. Our team provides food safety and quality assurance, cutting-edge technology solutions, central billing services, a produce support team, marketing innovation and a full implementation and pricing team. By providing full-service support in these essential areas, Fresh Services empowers our clients to navigate the complexities of the foodservice industry with confidence, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
This position is remotely based with anticipated travel up to 15%. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
This position is necessary to ensure that our clients are being provided with the highest level of quality and service from their distributor. The employee will be mediating between restaurants and their distributors and will be representing the company to our clients at the individual level and ensuring that our programs are working for the end users. Flexibility and ability to effectively communicate timely and realistic solutions to restaurant users is vital and ensures that our customers feel that we are caring for them. Building strong relationships with restaurants and distributor representatives will be essential to get consistent positive results when faced with any challenge from day to day.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively
- A genuine curiosity to learn and apply critical thinking skills to various projects is essential.
- Prior experience in restaurants or the food service industry is highly preferred
