A Part-time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, guests, and walk-ins. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.
What will you do as a Part-time Receptionist?
Provide friendly greetings and direct guests appropriately
Answer a multi-line phone system
Receive and sort daily mail
Maintain and update company directory
Process customer payments
Provide information regarding events, company information, and sales
Transfer inquiries to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean reception area
Maintain office supply inventory
Additional Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 years’ experience of money handling and balancing
2 years’ experience of customer service/reception
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task successfully
