What we are Looking For:
As a CEC HR Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Human Resources and support the recruitment process, new hire orientation, maintaining job descriptions, HR special projects and administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Associate’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
HR Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by updating job descriptions, postings and resume screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Facilitate the new hire orientation for all new hires.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities.
- Work as needed on special projects, assist in the annual open enrollment process, employee events, internal audits and other administrative duties as needed.
