Be part of a high-functioning team committed to delivering top-notch in-house payroll services. The incumbent is expected to process payroll completely, timely and accurately for one or more schools as assigned; respond to complex payroll concerns and computational questions; ensure compliance with mandated requirements/laws; and maintain confidentiality. Work cooperatively with payroll team members and others to enable the department to provide the highest level of service possible, and support team members to ensure payroll tasks for all schools are completed. Creativity and productivity are encouraged and valued. Join our team and align with the organization's Guiding Principles for an engaging work experience. This is a full-time office-based position. As a Payroll Specialist you will be part of a great in-house payroll team serving three charter schools and over 350 educators across the state of California.
