Shift Details
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Set up, adjust, and operate a die cutting machine.
Perform all processes, including stripping and blanking.
Conduct preventative maintenance and make minor repairs.
Monitor quality throughout production to ensure accuracy and excellence.
Work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a supportive and team-oriented culture.
Maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years as a Die Cutting Operator or similar role in the printing/packaging industry.
Skills: Mechanical aptitude, strong math abilities, troubleshooting mindset, and attention to detail.
Vision: Excellent close vision for inspecting products.
Team Player: Collaborative and people-oriented.
