As a Sales Manager for Cannatron’s Dispensary Supplies division, you will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding our presence across assigned states and territories. Your primary focus will be to build and nurture relationships with cannabis processors, dispensaries and other key accounts, identifying their packaging and supply needs while offering tailored solutions from our ever-evolving product catalog.

This position will work in-house at our Headquarters in Oak Park, MI and will include travel. Fully remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our client base within designated regions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with dispensaries, processors, and other relevant businesses.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs assessments to deliver customized solutions for customers.
- Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to position Cannatron as a trusted partner and resource.
- Assist in trade shows, expos, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience selling directly into large Cannabis operators, including processors, MSOs, and dispensary chains
- Skilled in conducting sales quotations, cost-benefit analyses and finding tailored solutions for clients.
- Proven sales skills with a strong ability to find opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue.
- Project management experience, especially with product launches or custom packaging solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce) ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Team-oriented yet self-motivated and capable of working independently.
